WAFER BUTTERFLY VALVE PN 10/16

Description

Butterfly shut-off valve with centered disc with wafer-type body in cast iron and lens in AISI 316 stainless steel, seal in EPDM elastomer, operating pressure PN 10/16, gauge in accordance with EN 558, made in accordance with relevant product and the quality management system EN ISO 9001. Product compliant with DM174 of 6/4/2004 (Supply and distribution for water intended for human consumption). Anti-corrosion coating with FBE epoxy powder (Fusion Bonded Epoxy), blue color RAL 5017, minimum thickness 250 μm.
Wafer butterfly valves are suitable for in-line installation between two flanges (or at the end of the line with counterflange), centering is obtained by means of slots on the valve body.

Use Case

Heating systems, warm water up to 110 ° C. Air conditioning systems (HVAC). Water treatment and distribution systems, waste water, industrial, agricultural, fire prevention applications. They are not suitable for liquids containing mineral oils, hydrocarbons, steam and liquids that exert an aggressive action on the EPDM seal coating. Other liquids and larger diameters on request.
They are suitable for capacity control and flow regulation.
