Butterfly shut-off valve with centered disc with Lug type body and spheroidal cast iron lens, EPDM elastomer seal, gauge according to EN 558, for flanges type EN1092 PN 16, manufactured in accordance with relevant product standards and the quality management EN ISO 9001. Product compliant with MD174 of 6/4/2004 (Supply and distribution for water intended for human consumption). Anti-corrosion coating with FBE epoxy powder (Fusion Bonded Epoxy), blue color RAL 5017, minimum thickness 250 μm.
Lug butterfly valves are fixed to the flanges with through screws that allow them to be fixed at the end of the line even without the use of a counterflange.

Use Case

Heating systems, warm water up to 110 ° C. Air conditioning systems (HVAC). Water treatment and distribution systems, waste water, industrial, agricultural, fire prevention applications. They are not suitable for liquids containing mineral oils, hydrocarbons, steam and liquids that exert an aggressive action on the EPDM seal coating. Other liquids and larger diameters on request.
They are suitable for capacity control and flow regulation.
(Subject to the correct choice of the article based on the application) Suitable: for in-line and end-of-line use even without the use of a counterflange, and for service that requires frequent activations; the integrated support according to ISO 5211 allows easy mounting of a wide range of servos.
