DISMANTLING JOINT PN 16
Description
Dismantling joint designed to facilitate occasional dismantling next to valves, without the need to replace pipes. Featuring an epoxy coating of at least 250 microns, ensuring optimal durability and protection against corrosion and wear.
Structured in three flanged fittings that allow longitudinal adjustment up to 50 mm, allowing operators to adapt the joint to the desired length and lock it securely using the included fixing bars. Available in many sizes, from ND50 to ND400, easily adaptable to various piping configurations, ensuring flexibility and versatility in different industrial applications.
Application
Designed and tested in accompliance with EN 1092-1 PN10/16/25 standards for flange mounting and EN 12266-1 for pressure testing, the Dismantling Joint ensures reliable performance even in the most extreme working conditions. It supports operating pressures up to 16 bar and can handle ambient temperatures ranging from -5 ºC to +100 ºC, making it ideal for applications in water systems, heating systems, and air conditioning.
